Contemporary KATANA sword in Shirazaya wooden holder
Swordsmith: KANEYUKI

Very stunning contemporary Katana long blade made by swordsmith Akamatsu Taro KANEYUKI and inscribed in May, 2009. Inscription of the sword smith and his location, and complete month/year engraved on the tang. The inscription also says that the blade was finished modeled after the work of Taikei Naotane who is one of the well-known and reputable legendary swordsmith from Edo era. The blade comes in a Shirasaya wooden holder. We optionally do make a brand new custom ornate mountings for this blade on a special request.
